date ... Christmas 2009 when we received the family home of Oliver ... bin yes over 20 at the table that made the world for Christmas Day! My beautiful sisters
knowing Oliver gave me an ice cream machine they called me logs homemade ice ... I'm running of course ...
The first challenge was to find a suitable mold that makes a little Christmas, because the ice in a loaf pan, it does not really "Christmas and New Year."
So I made 2 logs: a 3 chocolates, another vanilla spiced ...
Then the recipes are very simple:
Same basic ice: 60cl scented custard if needed ... I point the ingredients in the order in which I put into the molds ... A layer-by-day! For the log
3 chocolate: white chocolate ice cream
English + 150g white chocolate, milk chocolate sauce
: 20cl cream + 200g milk chocolate praline chocolate ice
: custard + 150g + 30g pralinoise praline layer
Gioconda biscuit
For the log spiced vanilla :
Vanilla ice cream: vanilla custard well
meringue into pieces Ice
speculoos : custard 100g + spiced ground powder coat
Gioconda biscuit
That really much more ... by the way, I had an ice amarena to make a joke at a diner is what you see next to the slice of log ... a real killer! always the same base: 60cl 150g custard and cherry amarena ...
My next challenge a friend: Carambar ice and a lemon sorbet ... Seriously I'm going home to try it!!
