Just for the curious ones who wondered what the "snails"! I have this photo in a bad caterer at The Tremblade, Charente Maritime. Well you must be honest, snails with shells heated in the sauce, I, I do not want at all, I'd be too scared to eat pieces of shells with, and yet we Obelix had said that it ' was not good! However, be aware that the "cagouille" is the emblem of Charente! Now you know everything!
