salmon pate or rillettes of salmon Express

Here is another recipe express very nice ... Perfect finish for smoked salmon lying around in the fridge ... inspiration from a recipe found in "Olive" magazine of British cuisine.

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon (or smoked trout ...)
  • 150g fresh cheese type St MorĂȘt
  • pepper 1 shallot or 1 / 2 red onion
  • of chives (fresh or dried ...)

Method:

As a quick recipe that goes fast: we cut the salmon into small pieces, put it in a blender with the cheese, pepper and onion mix ... you get a nice smooth texture. We put in a container to serve, add the chives, we correct the seasoning and voila ...
